The right kind of people is what's really important. It's not about finding people with need. It's about finding people with strong desire. Many people need more money today. Not all of them have the desire and drive to do something about it!
I have found that there are two elements that are critical to success in finding prospects with strong desire.
The first is an online mlm training and sponsoring system that builds a relationship with motivated prospects. It brands me as a leader and the one who can help them succeed. The system has the prospect contacting me for information on joining my business when the timing is right. This works far better than pitching friends and neighbors or wasting time and money calling phone leads. When a prospect chases me, that's the first indication of strong desire.
The second element is qualifying those prospects after they contact me. These are some of the qualifying questions I ask:
How serious are you about changing your life?
What would you be willing to do to make it happen?
Would you be willing to learn some simple skills and follow a proven system?
Would you be willing to step outside of your comfort zone?
Would you be willing to devote 7 to 10 hours per week to your business?
Would you be willing to do it consistently for 2 to 4 years?
Would you be willing to work at it even when you didn't feel like it?
The prospect with strong desire will give a very positive response to each question.
