Goals. You must have clear goals and a strong reason why you are in your home business. This will keep you focused and in the game even on days you don't feel like working your business.

 

You. You must be 100% committed to your business. You must be coachable and willing to follow a system. Even though you are only working a few hours per week, you need to lock in a work schedule. If you have a family, they must be supportive. You need to learn to devote your time to only the tasks that produce results.
